CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge 100% of the service booked for any no call no shows. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50%. I charge 50% of the original service booked if less than 24 hours is given to switch services. Example- switching from color to just a haircut in less than 24 hours. A 20% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to book on Saturdays.
